Making Waves (and a meditation!)

Applications for Azamra Breathwork Facilitator Training are finally open, and I want to invite you to take a step. The kind of step that changes everything.
Half the seats are already filled with an incredibly ALIVE group of people from all over the world who are not just learning breathwork but walking into something deeper. A way of breathing that is a way of living. A commitment to integrity. A community that holds each other up and celebrates every moment of being.
But I know how it goes.
There’s always this moment before the miracle happens.
That moment where the waters look wild and impossible.
The moment where you have to decide whether to stay on the shore or step forward like Nachshon did.
The sea didn’t part when people stood still. It parted when one person walked straight into the waves. That is what we do here. We breathe. We walk forward. And we trust that when we do, the way will open.
And that trust? It is not something you do alone.
One of the most beautiful things I’ve gotten to witness as a teacher is the way our graduates are already pouring out their love and excitement for those who will step in next. This isn’t a space of competition. It is a space of true support. A space where people want to see each other rise.
And that fills me with so much joy and this incredibly surreal sense of nachas, because it tells me that what we have built here is real.
This isn’t just a training. It is a living breathing space where people show up fully for themselves and each other. If you are meant to be here you will know.
And because breath belongs to everyone I have a free breath meditation for you. Whether or not you apply, I want you to experience the depth and clarity that breath can bring.

Even though business strategy says I should focus only on my own work, Azamra is not built that way. We rise together. We create space for each other.
