Gasp,
Apr 15, 2024I know! A blog post on a Monday!
(If you're new here, my updates generally get sent out on Wednesdays.)
You're getting an early drop this week because there's so much I want to share, and I can't wait another few days.
Breathwork training applications open Wednesday!
Look out for an email then with all the info you need to know about the upcoming year long cohort. It's a comprehensive training and certification program open to both men and women dedicated to being professionals in this field.
Space is limited to keep the cohort intimate. It will fill fast.
So keep an eye on your inbox Wednesday!
In the meantime, I was featured in two podcast episodes that were just released.
If you're anything like me, (spending the foreseeable future peeling potatoes and slicing Pesach "luckshen",) you may enjoy these interviews as you're doing the million other things we do Erev Pesach.
To listen, just click on the image below.
This interview with Eli Nash was recorded back in November. I was tired when we did this interview and I honestly couldn't remember anything we spoke about. So it's been fun listening to myself and being just as surprised by what came out of my mouth as everyone else will likely be.
And then there's this one with Jeff Macolino:
This one was recorded a little over a month ago on a Monday that felt like we had just lived a year full of Mondays. We start with CocoMelon and it just gets wilder from there on out.
Funny enough, I mention Passover in both of these interviews, not knowing at the time how close to Pesach they would actually be released.
My brother was stopped by someone who has listened to some of my interviews. She told him she would love to be a fly on the wall at our Pesach family gatherings and listen to what she assumed must be fascinating conversations between my siblings.
My brother had a good laugh and called to share it with me. You'd laugh if you saw me around my siblings. I'm nothing like I am on these podcasts. I'm the quietest one in the room, and conversations are generally about the kids, what life looks like after death, reminiscing about our hilarious childhood, and peppered with an insane amount of sibling humor.
Love you guys, but family will forever just be family.
Those people you don't have to be smart around, and who will forever have the ability to humble you by reminding you of the terrible haircut you gave yourself in grade school.
This month is family time. It can be the most triggering, aggravating, rewarding, and cherished experiences.
I hope we're all out there making the absolute most of it.
Fally
