Food and accommodation are provided. Transportation is not. Please be prepared to make your own travel arrangements. We are not able to assist with carpooling or ride-sharing options.

This experience is built on the safety of the container. That means that when you sign up, you commit to all three days.

Absolutely. The Ayeh experience is run a few times times each year. 

This is true for our Advanced workshop. However the Ayeh Foundations workshop was designed as an experience that is more accommodating. 

Unfortunately, that is not a possibility. There are short breaks where it will be possible to pump and take care of your nursing needs, but babies are not permitted into the space. 

We have carefully structured the program so that confidentiality is assured. When it is time for individual facilitations, we can make sure that your group is a fit for your needs. 

It is a jam packed program with experiential exercises that will have you digging deep and learning to view yourself and the world in a whole new way. 

• Expect day one to be focused on group exercises, bonding, setting intentions and creating the container. 
• Day two is focused on both individual and group facilitations, as well as celebrations.
• Day three is about integration and bringing what you have gained back into the world. 

Expect to WORK these three days. While there will be laughter and beautiful connections made over the time we are together, the focus is on the work we have come to do. This is not a relaxing, rejuvenating, spa experience. This is a workshop dedicated to deep exploration and self discovery. 

Ayeh is known for its diversity. We attract Jewish women from all walks of life and ages. We max out this event at 16 participants, so while it is a diverse group, it will be intimate. 

Fally Klein leads the workshop, supported by a team of trained facilitators and anchors.
