Season One

Mind, Body and Breath

Season One of Azamra Breathwork Facilitator Training is a five day in person initiation into the power and precision of breath.

Designed for those stepping into the role of facilitator, this training lays the foundation for working with clients privately, guiding them through breath techniques, emotional release, and deep integration.

We explore multiple forms of breath, hands on touch, energetic facilitation, and coregulation, ensuring that practitioners cultivate both skill and sensitivity in their work.

From diaphragmatic and psoas release to TRE and therapeutic principles, Season 1 builds the essential toolkit for powerful embodied facilitation.

But this module is about so much more than mechanics. It is an initiation.

We dive into the primal forces of breath, sound, and movement, working with toning, tetany, and rewiring the nervous system at its core.

Through experiential practices like underwater rebirthing, the Hero’s Journey, and systemic constellations, students engage the deeper layers of breathwork’s transformative potential.

Contraindications, and the posssibilities of spiritual emergency and psychosis are approached with reverence and discernment, preparing facilitators to hold space for the sacred, the unknown, and the profound.

Season One is where you will learn to midwife transformation as we explore the intersection of breath, trauma, and healing at the deepest levels.

Through experiential practices of technologies of the sacred, students emerge with the ability to guide others to align with the breath’s capacity to heal, release, and remember.

This is the work of presence, precision, and profound responsibility. Your initiation into the art of breathwork begins here.

Season Two

Spirit and Sound

Season Two of Azamra Breathwork Facilitator Training is an immersive, five-day, in-person experience designed for facilitators ready to deepen their mastery.

This season is about learning to read the body's codes, release stored beliefs, and guide clients through profound transformation with skill and integrity.

From breath and body mapping to energy clearing and muscle testing, we refine the art of facilitation, ensuring that every practitioner can hold space with confidence, clarity, and safety.

This training goes beyond technique, it’s about embodiment.

We explore trust, shame, and belonging, uncovering how breathwork touches the deepest layers of the human experience.

Students learn more about hands on facilitation, the art of asking a story, and how to navigate the delicate yet powerful therapeutic container.

With CPR certification, grounding practices, and the integration of tools like tuning forks and hand scans, you’ll leave with both practical expertise and an intuitive understanding of the field you are influencing.

Whether working with grief, pregnancy, terminal illness, or mental health concerns, this training equips you to meet every client where they are, holding a container of safety and transformation.

We close with soul retrieval, the essence of embodied Teshuva, and homecoming; because this isn’t just about facilitation.

It’s about you. Your presence, your integrity, and your ability to guide others back to themselves.

Season Three

Psyche and Soul

Season Three of Azamra Breathwork Facilitator Training is a five day in person immersion designed for facilitators who are ready to expand their intuitive abilities, refine their skills, and practice advanced techniques in a safe and supportive container.

This season deepens the understanding of breath through Buteyko breathing, nose breathing, BOLT scores, and the role of carbon dioxide in optimizing the body’s function. We explore the nuances of breath holds, regulation breath, and surrender breath, cultivating mastery in both facilitation and integration.

This training is about stepping into greater responsibility.

As we work with complex cases including pre birth experiences and the aftermath of trauma and abuse, we develop the awareness and boundaries necessary to hold space with both safety and strength.

Through breath demos, neck sessions, and toning applications, students refine their ability to read the body, sense energetic shifts, and apply points of pressure with care. This module provides students with a deeper scientific framework, allowing facilitators to integrate both intuition and physiology in their practice.

Season Three is where facilitators sharpen their ability to work with difficult clients, navigate ego dissolution, and explore the intersection of breath, manifestation, and the five senses reality. Through dyadic breath and intuition exercises, students become clearer vessels for transformation, learning to trust their own knowing and to guide others with confidence.

This is a space for upleveling, deepening trust in the work, and stepping fully into the next phase of mastery as a breathwork facilitator.

From the 2024 Cohort

Being part of this group gave me an incredible sense of safety and connection. I grew in ways I never imagined possible, discovering depths within myself I hadn’t known existed.

One of the biggest surprises was realizing just how much intuition, boundaries, safety, love, and gratitude are their own kind of magic, like something straight out of Hogwarts. What I learned felt like unlocking a whole new world, one that was always there but just waiting for me to see it.

I walked away feeling confident and prepared to facilitate with love, gentleness, and deep respect for the process. Azamra was truly the gift of a lifetime.

This training is so much more than just Breathwork, it’s a fun and truly transformative experience! Every lesson is infused with Torah, wisdom, humor, magic, and love, all brought to life by a teacher and staff who value each student’s unique contribution.

Through this journey, I’ve gained so much more than just the skills to facilitate breathwork sessions. I’ve learned to embrace life with more joy, to laugh at its unexpected twists, and, most importantly, I’ve gained the most incredible group of friends.

Hi! I'm Fally

I see the world through a different lens.

Through the eye of what is possible when we are ready to truly wake up and embrace what has been there all along. As the great Chassidic masters have taught; happiness is the moment something hidden is brought into our awareness. When our hidden selves are free to live in the light, we experience the joy of coming home to who we truly are.

I love witnessing people come home to themselves. To the comfort and ease of living out loud in the everyday adventure of life. When we know who we are and why we are here, there’s very little that can shake us out of alignment with that inner compass.

My offerings exist to help you find your values, and to develop the tools you need to live by them.

This isn’t what I dreamed I’d do when I grew up. I still don’t know what I want to do when I grow up. I may, in fact, never grow up.

But I do want to keep growing in a world that’s kinder, more honest, more loving, and real. Everything I do is to help make the world that kind of place. For myself, for all of us.

Additional Testimonials

Dear Fally,

I have spent all of Shabbos processing and sitting in awe of everything you have shared. The way you showed up fully, wholeheartedly, and with such generosity was incredible. You gave it your all, pouring in passion, love, and genuine connection.

What stands out most about you is that you do not just teach this work. You live it in every aspect of your life. While you may have a large platform and a powerful voice, so much of what you do happens quietly, in the unseen moments.

I look up to you deeply, and my desire to learn from you will never fade. You are a light and a blessing that keeps on giving.

Thank you for welcoming me into your field.

This training, which is so much more than a professional training, has been absolutely transformative. I have finally been able to step into my power and envision a better future for myself and my family. It has helped me on every level - personally, emotionally, spiritually and professionally. Even my marriage, parenting and relationship with my kids have improved! Fally puts her heart and soul into the training and creates such a safe, respectful, supportive, loving and sacred environment. It’s also tons of fun and super interesting and you become like family with a group of amazing people who share your mission and values.

This training is a profound synthesis of Torah wisdom and personal transformation. Every session was infused with depth, meaning, and a strong foundation in teachings rooted in Yiddishkeit. It was not simply about breathwork, but about aligning mind, body, and soul with Hashem’s will.

Fally teaches with true humility and an open heart, embodying the values of a genuine leader. She does not just impart knowledge, she creates a space where Torah is lived, where every individual is uplifted, and where spiritual growth is woven into each lesson.

This program strengthened my understanding of how deeply connected breath, movement, and healing are to our sacred traditions. It reinforced that true avodas Hashem requires not only study and prayer, but also inner work, self-awareness, and the courage to break free from limiting patterns.

I leave this experience with immense gratitude for the Torah-centered approach, for the wisdom shared, and for the community that was built. This is not just a training. It is an elevation of the self in the service of something far greater.

As a therapist, I am accustomed to holding space for others, but this training offered me something truly unique, a safe and supportive container where I could step into my own healing and growth. Fally created an environment where, while I was deeply honored for the skills and knowledge I brought to the circle, I was also free to be a participant in my own journey.

This was more than just a training; it was an immersive community where I felt seen, heard, and supported in my own process. The space was nurturing and rich with care, allowing me to explore my own vulnerabilities, break through personal barriers, and grow in a way I hadn’t expected.

At the same time, I was able to contribute my own insights and experience, and was deeply valued for what I brought to the group. There was no hierarchy here, just a shared journey of growth, connection, and transformation. It was incredibly empowering to be part of a group where everyone’s voice mattered, and where the focus was as much on individual healing as it was on collective growth.

This experience was a beautiful balance of personal development and mutual support, and it is one that I will cherish for years to come. I am forever grateful for the wisdom, safety, and love that Fally created in this space, and for the deep sense of belonging I found within the community.

The breathwork training wasn’t simply about learning; it was about remembering a forgotten connection to something far greater. Now, even in the most ordinary moments, I find they sparkle with extraordinary significance. Life pulses with a resonance that feels both new and anciently familiar.

And of course, I will always say, 'Thank you, Morah Fally!’

"Azamra creates a space where the community is not only encouraged but deeply committed to supporting one another’s growth. From the very beginning, we knew we were in a place where collaboration, not competition, would lead the way. We graduate not just as colleagues, but as friends and family—connected by a shared purpose and a genuine desire to see each other succeed. There is a rare and beautiful energy here, one of unconditional love and mutual support. We lift each other up, celebrate each other’s victories, and hold space for one another in times of challenge. In Azamra, love is the foundation that allows each of us to flourish."

This training is unlike any other I’ve attended. (And I’ve attended many!) It is immersive, experiential, and unlike traditional formats. It creates a therapeutic closed container where I felt held, supported, and deeply connected to a community that feels like family. The entire training is Torah-sourced, with an unwavering commitment to integrity, safety, and skill.

The monthly practicums provided a structured yet nurturing space for hands-on learning, and the level of support from the staff was exceptional—always available, always engaged. One of the most unique aspects was the underwater breathwork, an experience unlike anything I’ve ever encountered. We also had the opportunity to work with tuning forks, adding another layer of depth to the work.

The online portal is a treasure trove, allowing me to rewatch every incredible moment of each day, reinforcing and deepening my learning. The training also provided us with 25+ playlists, each one carefully curated to enhance and support the experience. This training is a true gift—transformative, comprehensive, and beyond anything I could have imagined.

The downside? No other training will ever live up to this experience. How soon can I come back to staff?!

Why would I join this breathwork training?

That’s a reasonable question to ask.

And as someone who has firsthand experienced the training I’d like to give you a tiny peek into why….

  1. It has completely TRANSFORMED my life. (You can ask my husband ;) this training CHANGED me. I breathe different, I LIVE different, and I am a completely different kind of mother to my children. And for this alone I would say the training is worth it.
  2. The sheer amount of knowledge that Fally has and has given me access to. Far beyond the basics of breathwork. Words can’t describe Fally’s scope of knowledge and how it upleveled my life AND THE LIFE OF EVERYONE AROUND ME.
  3. You get to meet incredible incredible people who encourage you and hold your hand and help you navigate your way in the breathwork field.
  4. Compliments. I’m half kidding. But seriously there’s nothing like hearing back from a client - that she’s never felt this happy in her life after receiving a session from you. Or someone deals with painful headaches and you literally help them find the source of it and release it.
